Can he close the deal?

Alabama has never in its illustrious football history had a Heisman Trophy winner but going into the final weekend of October Tide running back Mark Ingram stands as ESPN's frontrunner for the award.

The sophomore running back surged into the spotlight two weeks ago with a 246-yard performance against South Carolina. He dropped back down to a more human-like 96 yards against Tennessee on Saturday and also had a costly fumble, but other big-name stars failed to overly impress.
