Alabama v. Mississippi State Final

After much anticipation about Alabama’s toughest competition yet in an undefeated Mississippi State team the match up was a replay of the Tides previous games.

The Crimson Tide stuck with what they knew in the this game and allowed quarterback AJ McCarron to become second in touchdown passes, after Greg McElroy, with 18 in a season. Another career best came in Vinnie Sunseri’s eight tackles while Cj Mosley had seven.

With the McCarron to Cooper dream team not what is usually is wide receiver Kevin Norwood stepped in with a 14-yard pass touchdown. No surprise TJ Yeldon impressed again Saturday night with multiple Bulldog dodging rushes.

During the fourth quarter running back Kenyan Drake scored on a Mississippi State fumble to make the score 38-0. Giving the Dog’s a little something to take home, QB Dak Prescott made a 2-yard pass to receiver Robert Johnson for a touchdown.

The Tide won the game 38-7
