UPDATED: Soccer, Rowing, Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Roll Tide!

UPDATE:

With the Crimson Tide Football team in Knoxville this weekend taking on the Tennessee Volunteers here are some other Alabama teams we can all share the love with!

Alabama Soccer beat the Florida Gators Friday night 1-0. After a four game losing streak for the Tide they kicked the Gators off of their number 11 spot in the rankings. South Carolina beat the Alabama Soccer team 1-0. 

Alabama Volleyball, who also played the Florida Gators, lost in Straight Sets. Decked out in pink for their Power of Pink match the Tide struggled to scratch up 20 kills vs. the Gators 44. Georgia beat the Alabama Volleyball team 3-0. 

Alabama Women’s Tennis gained 11 wins at the USTA/ITA Southern Regional Championships. The talented ladies walked away with six singles wins and two doubles wins. Women’s tennis team advanced to the finals at Southern Regional Championships in singles and doubles. 

Alabama Rowing will travel to Cambridge, Mass. this weekend to compete in the Head of the Charles regatta. The Tide will race in the Club 8+ race on Saturday. The Alabama Rowing team placed 3rd at the Head of the Charles regatta. 

Alabama Men’s Golf will travel to Windermere, Fla. to play in the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational. They will compete on a par-72, 7,544-yard course and hopefully walk away with their second team victory of the season. The men’s golf team finished 6th in the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational.
